Payment Terms
Full payment for all courses must be received no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the course start date.If payment has not been received by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the registration and make the course place available to another participant. Access to the course is conditional upon receipt of full payment.
Participant Cancellation and Changes
Course registration is binding, and course fees are generally non-refundable due to the limited number of seats available. CIFS' recognises that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases and at CIFS’ discretion. Any administrative fees are non-refundable.If you are unable to participate in the course for which you are registered, the following options are available to you: Participants may either (i) transfer their course place to the same course scheduled at a later date, subject to availability, or (ii) transfer their course place to another participant within their organisation, subject to CIFS’ approval.
CIFS Cancellation or Postponement
CIFS reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course in the event of unforeseen circumstances that make delivery of the course unfeasible, including insufficient enrolment.
In the event of postponement or cancellation by CIFS, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible. Participants may choose either to:
- receive a full refund of the course fee, or
- transfer their course place to a course scheduled at a later date.
Please note that CIFS is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or related expenses.
