LUMO MediaLab - Caracol Televisión’s future-focused media innovation hub - combines future studies, design thinking, and data science to explore disruptive storytelling, transformative formats, and new audience engagement.
Within this context, CIFS provided strategic advisory services to help LUMO embed futures thinking into their innovation processes. Through tailored sessions and staff training, we introduced core foresight principles and practical frameworks to navigate uncertainty, anticipate emerging media and tech trends, and build resilience.
This collaboration empowered LUMO to integrate futures thinking - complementing their investigative initiatives, using scenario development, and opportunity exploration.
By equipping the Lab with robust foresight methodologies, CIFS strengthened LUMO’s capacity to proactively shape the future of Latin American media through forward-looking innovation and strategic adaptability in an increasingly volatile environment.
