Kristian is a senior advisor experienced in advising top management and business developers on issues of strategic interest. Kristian has a strong methodological approach to his advisory within business environment mapping, strategy formulation and business model design. Kristian has worked within financial services, health, retail, FMCG, government and municipalities. Topics has included future operating model, growth segment identification, national strategy for personalized health, future climate solutions, future of banking and insurance, municipal and city growth strategies.

Kristian is one of the Institute’s lead course facilitators and the Head of Project and Operations Development.
