Lourdes is from Peru, she is a biologist, with training and experience in Quality Management Systems and Food Safety. She has worked for more than 20 years in companies exporting food products.
Lourdes has been working at CIFS since start 2022 as a scientific advisor, in the "Health Movement 2030" project in Latin America.
