




















































Lucas recently graduated from University College London, where he completed an interdisciplinary bachelor’s degree in Arts and Sciences: Health & Environment, spanning environmental science, public economics, and innovation policy. His thesis explored how foresight techniques like Delphi and Dahrendorf can reduce bias and enhance stakeholder engagement in mission-oriented policymaking. This September he will begin a master’s degree in public policy at Sciences Po, where he hopes to continue researching the application of foresight to innovation strategies. He is especially interested in applying participatory foresight and futures to innovation strategies and policy design, to anticipate emerging challenges and opportunities.
