As part of the H3 AI Lab at the Institute, Noah is deeply entrenched in the geopolitics of AI, bringing together a multidisciplinary background that enables him to combine a deep technical understanding of AI systems with the ability to contextualise tech-driven innovation as part of its wider environment.
Noah is passionate about the geoeconomics and interdependencies of AI infrastructure, and using strategic foresight to map how disruptions in digital infrastructure cascade across society. In 2025, Noah received the Crafoord Foundation Award for his BA thesis titled “In Pursuit of the Cloud: Qui Bono?”, for which he spent three months in Southeast Asia and presented a network-theoretical framework to pinpoint third country strategic agency in a bipolar world.

Noah is never where you expect him to be. With every chance he gets, Noah is out travelling, cycling (using one of his six bikes), or exploring new food spots – with a strong preference to doing all three simultaneously.
